As a Wellness Practitioner on the HHCCoin platform, I understand and agree that:
1. Scope of Services. I will provide wellness guidance, coaching, and holistic health support within the boundaries of my training, credentials, and applicable laws. I will not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescriptions, or services that constitute the unlicensed practice of medicine.
2. Truthful Representation. All credentials, certifications, and professional qualifications listed in my profile are accurate and current. I will promptly update my profile if any credentials lapse or change.
3. Client Welfare. I will refer clients to licensed medical professionals whenever their needs exceed my scope of practice. I will not discourage members from seeking necessary medical care.
4. Platform Standards. I agree to uphold HHCCoin's community standards, respond to booking requests in a timely manner, and conduct all sessions professionally.
5. Compliance. I will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the delivery of wellness services in my jurisdiction.
6. Termination. HHCCoin reserves the right to suspend or remove any practitioner who violates these terms, misrepresents credentials, or fails to maintain professional standards.
Important Notice Regarding Health Information.
HHCCoin is a wellness community platform — it is not a covered entity under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). However, we are committed to responsible handling of all health-related information shared on our platform.
As a Wellness Practitioner, I understand and agree that:
1. No PHI Collection. I will not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA through the HHCCoin platform. If my practice requires handling PHI, I will use HIPAA-compliant tools separate from this platform.
2. Member Confidentiality. I will keep all member communications and session details strictly confidential. I will not share member information with any third parties without explicit written consent.
3. Tele-Holistic Health Disclaimer. I will make clear to members that Tele-Holistic Health sessions are wellness consultations — not medical appointments — and are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical care.
4. Data Responsibility. I take personal responsibility for handling any health-related information shared with me during sessions in a secure, respectful, and lawful manner.
5. Emergency Situations. In the event a member discloses an emergency situation, I will direct them to call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
